victoria's secret (2022) by jax

It's always nice to venture out of my Spotify algorythmed domain where I'm sure every key change has to be cross-referenced with the myriad of other listeners that Big Tech deems 'compatible' to my listening profile as taste is now quantifiable and most importantly marketable; to venture out and discover the sound of the people: Public Radio. 

I had the pleasure of driving with my mum to the grocery store, listening to one of the three radio stations we have back home, when this song came on. 

Is this what this overflowing cacophonous miasma of art and meaning that we call 'the biz' is now? Sentiments that I'm sure anyone that has been on Tumblr back in 2008 shares set to a melody designed to burrow into your skull and reverberate around, creating an ecosystem not conducive to thinking, which has to be the only way this becomes popular. 

Fuck, why do the bad ones always propel you more than the good? Will be writing some positive ones soon I swear, God forbid I'm just taking some time to actually think
